Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives and culture.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding workflows to ensure a superior candidate experience.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
- Optimize performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback loops, and compensation reviews.
- Lead organizational development programs including leadership training and career pathing.
- Analyze people metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into people initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern workplace analytics tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on coaching and conflict resolution.
