Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll compliance, and HRIS management.
- Lead performance management cycles and provide coaching to leadership on employee development.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to maintain a world-class company culture.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze people metrics to drive data-informed decisions and organizational improvements.
- Manage employee relations, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, preferably in the tech sector.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Experience scaling HR infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
