Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support long-term organizational goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal team structures.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs, including pulse surveys and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on compliance, conflict resolution, and objective problem-solving.
- Partner with leadership to implement high-impact learning and development programs.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proven track record of success in scaling HR processes within a high-growth startup or technology organization.
- Deep expertise in US employment law, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling) and data analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with an agile, problem-solving approach to HR challenges.
