Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the supply chain and logistics department, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Manage the annual budget, forecasting expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, and IT to streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and freight partners.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of operations staff to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing operational processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
