Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with company goals, ensuring scalability and growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse operations team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met without compromising operational quality.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics within a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
