Responsibilities

- Oversee administrative budgets, procurement processes, and inventory management systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for executive communications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals while ensuring service level agreements are met
- Manage office facilities, equipment maintenance, and technology infrastructure coordination
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in corporate administration or operations management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and project management tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related operational excellence preferred
