- Executive calendar management and complex travel coordination across 3+ time zones
- Lead cross-departmental projects including vendor negotiations and budget tracking
- Develop/implement office procedures optimizing workflow efficiency
- Compose executive communications and prepare confidential board materials
- Manage digital filing systems with 99.8% accuracy compliance
- Onboard new hires and coordinate training programs
- Act as primary liaison for facility management and IT support
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Expertise in calendar optimization and complex scheduling
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
