Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate high-stakes travel arrangements and detailed itineraries with precision.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, leadership offsites, and board briefings.
- Oversee office logistics and maintain document filing systems to ensure organizational compliance.
- Execute special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with professional polish.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to pivot rapidly in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
