Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and equipment procurement
- Develop and implement administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, and high-stakes meetings
- Lead cross-functional projects including budget tracking and resource allocation
- Manage digital and physical document systems with strict compliance protocols
- Act as primary liaison for HR functions including onboarding and performance tracking
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operational or administrative leadership
