Responsibilities
- Oversee office logistics including supply chain management, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain executive calendars with precision
- Develop/implement administrative procedures to optimize operational workflows
- Manage confidential documentation, records retention, and compliance protocols
- Serve as primary liaison for HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and policy updates
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare executive reports with actionable insights
- Lead administrative staff through performance coaching and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven experience managing budgets and procurement processes over $500K
- SHRM-SCP or CAP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with executive stakeholder experience
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Illinois labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive executive matters
