Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management and vendor coordination
- Develop and implement administrative policies to enhance efficiency
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress using Asana/JIRA
- Prepare confidential reports and maintain digital filing systems
- Conduct onboarding for new administrative staff
- Manage departmental budget reconciliation and expense reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Proven experience managing vendor contracts and procurement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
