Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain office policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, building management, and external service providers, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and budgets.
- Oversee office layout, space planning, and facilities maintenance for a modern, high-traffic corporate workspace.
- Provide strategic calendar support and coordinate high-profile internal and external corporate events.
- Supervise administrative support staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and career development guidance.
- Monitor and reconcile office operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation and reducing unnecessary overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in office management, facilities management, or senior executive support, preferably in a high-growth tech or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar vendor agreements and facility budgets.
- Exceptional proficiency with modern workplace productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with C-suite executives and external partners seamlessly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hospitality-driven approach to workplace management.
