Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, organized work environment.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle confidential correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients, ensuring high standards of service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor junior administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
