Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Maintain office inventory, including stationery and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain up-to-date employee records and filing systems.
- Organize and participate in company events, team-building activities, and internal meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Relevant business qualification or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment.
