Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and market trends to forecast demand accurately.
- Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the buying team to curate product assortments and manage stock levels.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards across all retail locations and e-commerce platforms.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers to ensure profitability.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify emerging fashion trends and opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff on best practices and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail merchandising or operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
