Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising plans across 5+ retail channels
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product assortments
- Collaborate with buying teams to negotiate vendor contracts and pricing strategies
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels
- Lead cross-functional projects with marketing and visual merchandising teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and recommend pricing/promotional adjustments
- Manage a team of 3 junior merchandisers and provide mentorship
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail merchandising experience with luxury or lifestyle brands
- Proven expertise in inventory management and demand forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
