Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal business goals and company objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and inventory levels to optimize stock allocation and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to curate product assortments that resonate with our target demographic.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise to meet deadlines.
- Oversee inventory turnover rates and implement effective markdown strategies to maximize gross margin.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail merchandising, product management, or category management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales reports and forecast future demand accurately.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and successful vendor negotiations.
