In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between creative visual merchandising and data-driven inventory management. You will be responsible for optimizing floor layouts, driving sales through strategic product placement, and ensuring our brand standards are upheld at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize stock levels, reduce markdowns, and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Buying team to forecast demand and manage seasonal inventory flow.
- Oversee the maintenance of high-impact displays and ensure all visual standards are consistently executed.
- Train and mentor floor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to drive conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or buy-side merchandise planning.
- Strong proficiency in retail management software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, POS systems) and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.
