Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and inventory metrics to optimize product assortments
- Collaborate with buying teams to negotiate vendor relationships and secure exclusive collections
- Plan and implement in-store visual merchandising displays to enhance customer engagement
- Manage inventory planning, allocation, and markdown strategies to maximize profitability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive merchandising experience in premium retail or fashion
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of inventory management systems and retail KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with experience in margin analysis and budgeting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
