- Optimize inventory allocation across 15+ retail locations to minimize markdowns
- Collaborate with buying team to curate product assortments and negotiate vendor partnerships
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance in-store presentation and brand storytelling
- Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Mentor junior merchandising staff and present insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of merchandising experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic inventory management
- Expertise in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP Retail, Oracle Retail)
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Ability to travel 10-15% for store visits and trade shows
