You will lead seasonal planning cycles, develop bottom-up sales forecasts, and collaborate directly with buying and marketing teams to ensure our product mix exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive seasonal merchandise financial plans to meet sales, margin, and inventory turnover goals.
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to create accurate pre-season and in-season sales forecasts.
  • Partner with the Buying team to align product assortments with financial targets and regional market demands.
  • Manage open-to-buy (OTB) processes, ensuring inventory levels remain balanced across all distribution channels.
  • Lead weekly business reviews to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize stock movement and minimize stock-out scenarios.
  • Develop standardized reporting tools to enhance visibility into category performance and store-level productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise planning software (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP, or JDA).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
