Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive seasonal financial plans and open-to-buy (OTB) strategies.
- Analyze weekly sales performance, inventory turn, and sell-through metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to maximize product margin.
- Manage inventory allocation across brick-and-mortar locations and e-commerce channels.
- Lead re-forecast sessions, identifying risks and opportunities to adjust stock levels proactively.
- Mentor junior planning staff and cultivate a culture of analytical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and enterprise planning software.
- Strong understanding of retail math, markdown strategies, and profit margin drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level presentations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar inventory budgets.
