Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive seasonal financial plans to drive sales growth.
- Partner with buying teams to curate high-performing product assortments.
- Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) processes to ensure optimal inventory levels across channels.
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in supply chain and marketing to ensure alignment.
- Reconcile top-down financial goals with bottom-up assortment planning.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail planning software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Deep understanding of retail math, inventory metrics, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
