  • Manage open-to-buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring inventory levels align with sales trends and financial targets.

  • Partner with Supply Chain teams to mitigate logistics risks and ensure timely stock delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise-level planning software (e.g., Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of retail math, inventory KPIs, and promotional impact analysis.
