You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between creative vision and bottom-line profitability, managing multi-million dollar open-to-buy budgets in one of the world's most dynamic retail markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise financial plans at the category and department levels.
- Manage open-to-buy (OTB) processes to maximize sales, inventory turns, and gross margin.
- Analyze weekly sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for replenishment and markdowns.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Allocation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product flow.
- Create accurate pre-season and in-season sales, stock, and markdown forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding assortment strategy.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to remain ahead of market shifts and consumer demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in merchandise planning or retail financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise planning software (e.g., JDA, Oracle, SAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Expertise in retail math, including GMROI, sell-through, and inventory turnover calculations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
