  • Mentor junior analysts on retail math, forecasting models, and inventory management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail planning software (e.g., JDA, Oracle, or SAP).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
