In this role, you will be the bridge between financial strategy and creative product assortment, ensuring our collections resonate globally while maximizing profitability.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our inventory architecture, leveraging complex data sets to forecast trends and optimize stock levels across our omni-channel platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive seasonal merchandise plans that align with financial targets and category strategies.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to provide actionable inventory insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional buying and sourcing teams to refine product assortments.
- Oversee OTB (Open-to-Buy) management, ensuring alignment with monthly re-forecasts.
- Optimize stock allocation across regional storefronts and e-commerce distribution centers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including GMROI, sell-through rates, and markdown cadences.
- Present quarterly performance reviews and inventory strategies to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDA).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into profitable merchandising decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of retail math, inventory life-cycles, and omni-channel retail dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment.
