- Lead vendor negotiations and partnerships to secure exclusive product launches and favorable margin structures
- Drive omnichannel sales growth through strategic promotional planning and markdown optimization
- Manage a $15M+ merchandise budget with rigorous P&L accountability
- Mentor junior merchandising team members to foster talent development and operational excellence
- Implement visual merchandising standards that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive merchandising experience with premium retail brands
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and margin goals
- Expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP Merchandising)
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS Retail) and Excel modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
