- Manage cross-functional relationships with visual merchandising, marketing, and store operations

Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury retail merchandising experience with premium brand exposure
- Proven expertise in inventory management, allocation, and replenishment systems
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP Retail)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and margin optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with history of mentoring high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Ability to travel 10-15% for market visits and vendor meetings
