- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize markdowns
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Monitor KPIs including sell-through rates, gross margin, and inventory turnover
- Present quarterly business reviews to executive leadership with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years of merchandise management experience in luxury retail or fashion
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth through strategic assortment planning
- Expertise in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP Retail, Oracle Retail)
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and supply chain management knowledge
- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities and inventory optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
