- Optimize inventory management to maximize sell-through rates while minimizing markdowns
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMROI, sell-through, inventory turnover) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead vendor negotiations and build strategic partnerships for exclusive product offerings
- Mentor merchandise team members and foster a culture of retail excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of luxury retail merchandising experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail) and Excel
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology and market trends
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with international vendors
