- Mentor junior writers and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (ICMJE, GPP)
- Present complex medical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) in life sciences or related field
- 5+ years of medical writing experience in pharma or healthcare
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed articles
- Expertise in therapeutic areas like oncology or rare diseases
- Proficiency with medical writing software (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Certification in medical writing (AMWA or equivalent preferred)
