Responsibilities
- Delicate monitoring and intervention for post-cardiac surgery patients
- Administer specialized cardiac medications with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex care plans
- Maintain critical documentation in Epic EMR systems
- Lead rapid response team activations during emergencies
- Mentor new nurses through our structured orientation program

Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU or cardiac experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Exceptional critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records
