Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials with FDA/ICH compliance
- Analyze genomic data and biomarkers for therapeutic development
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians and regulatory affairs
- Author peer-reviewed publications and grant proposals
- Implement AI-driven data analysis for precision medicine applications
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and GCP protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and optimize lab workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related field
- 8+ years clinical research experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record of FDA submissions and IND development
- Expertise in CRISPR gene editing and next-gen sequencing
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency with R/Bioconductor and Python for data modeling
