Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical/clinical research studies adhering to FDA and ICH guidelines
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methods and bioinformatics tools
- Lead cross-functional teams of biologists, statisticians, and clinical coordinators
- Prepare regulatory submissions and publications for peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain compliance with GCP/GLP protocols and safety standards
- Identify emerging therapeutic targets and propose novel research methodologies
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to departmental strategic planning
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology/immunology research with peer-reviewed publications
- Strong proficiency in molecular biology techniques (CRISPR, flow cytometry, qPCR)
- Demonstrated success in managing clinical trial protocols and regulatory submissions
- Advanced statistical analysis skills (R/Python, SAS) and bioinformatics experience
- Validated track record of translating research into therapeutic candidates
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to scientific and non-scientific audiences
