Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatment plans in real-time within the ICU.
- Administer complex medications and monitor hemodynamic stability.
- Collaborate with attending physicians and specialists to coordinate multi-system care.
- Operate life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators and monitoring systems.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families.
- Maintain precise, legally compliant medical records in the EHR system.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or high-acuity setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under extreme pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative team-based care.
- Proficiency with modern electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
