Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive clinical operational plans that align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care quality and safety while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, CMS, JCAHO).
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze clinical data and operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to integrate clinical workflows with digital health solutions.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable growth and cost containment.
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine).
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and operational data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
