Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure ensuring regulatory compliance
- Recruit, screen, and maintain relationships with study participants
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for FDA submissions
- Oversee site audits and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation
- Train and supervise clinical research associates
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for trial protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years clinical trial coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in EDC systems (Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience with oncology or immunology trials preferred
