Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for disease progression and treatment response using EHR and genomic datasets
- Design and implement clinical trial optimization algorithms to accelerate drug discovery
- Create real-time patient monitoring dashboards for critical care units
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into clinical workflows
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all data processing pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data science with clinical datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R and SQL with healthcare data warehouse experience
- Certification in HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
