Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical experiments in drug formulation and stability testing

- Analyze and interpret experimental data using advanced statistical methods
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Present research findings at industry conferences and in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in solid-state chemistry and formulation development
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Strong proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS, and dissolution testing methodologies
- Demonstrated project leadership in drug development programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
