Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trial protocols ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH-GCP)
- Manage site relationships with 15+ medical centers across New England
- Oversee data integrity through EDC systems and source document verification
- Coordinate investigator meetings and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior research staff and optimize study workflows
- Analyze safety data and prepare FDA reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical research coordination in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in oncology therapeutic areas and oncology-specific protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Medidata Rave and Oracle Clinical
- Strong regulatory affairs knowledge (21 CFR Part 11)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
