Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design of complex products using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and thermal performance.
- Collaborate closely with electrical and industrial designers to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications for injection molding and CNC machining.
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or Catia).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with prototyping techniques and materials selection.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
