- Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with the latest tools in simulation, 3D modeling, and rapid prototyping.
- Professional Growth: Access to continuous learning, mentorship programs, and clear pathways to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design process from concept through to production, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Siemens NX) to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Perform stress analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and material performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate complex systems.
- Oversee the creation of prototypes, manage testing protocols, and iterate designs based on performance data.
- Ensure all designs comply with rigorous industry regulations, safety standards, and GD&T specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during design reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and material science.
- Experience with FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
