Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Analyze well performance data using software tools like Petrel and Eclipse
- Lead multidisciplinary teams for field development planning and economic evaluations
- Develop innovative solutions for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expertise in reservoir simulation and production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse, OFM)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
