Responsibilities

- Document engineering specifications and prepare technical documentation for production
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and automotive industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive mechanical design
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation software
- Strong understanding of material science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with electric vehicle powertrain systems
- Proven project management skills with complex technical deliverables
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
