Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical schematics for industrial power systems using AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing smart grid integration solutions
- Conduct power quality analysis and troubleshoot complex electrical networks
- Mentor junior engineers on IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E compliance standards
- Develop cost-effective PCB layouts for high-voltage applications
- Prepare technical documentation and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) from ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in power distribution system design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expert proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and ETAP software
- Proven track record in renewable energy integration projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IEC, and IEEE standards
- Experience leading FDA/ISO-certified engineering projects
