Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced mechanical components and systems using industry-leading CAD software.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to validate and optimize designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Lead the prototyping, testing, and validation phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and provide hands-on technical support to production teams.
- Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, BOMs, and test reports.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce material costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of proven experience in mechanical design and end-to-end product development.
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D CAD platforms.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
- Demonstrated experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
