- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA certification standards
- Drive continuous improvement through DFM/A methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in aerospace/defense product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS tools
- Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing
- Proven project leadership in cross-functional environments
- Active PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
