Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to prototyping
- Perform advanced FEA/CFD simulations using ANSYS and SolidWorks
- Design and optimize mechanical systems for performance and manufacturability
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ASME and ISO quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D to develop next-gen propulsion systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS)
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in aerospace or automotive product development
- PMP or PE certification highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
