Responsibilities

  • Lead the mechanical design of complex systems and subsystems using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Creo.
  • Conduct rigorous stress analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate product performance and safety.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including electrical engineers and software developers—to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.
  • Oversee the prototyping process, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and assembly testing.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify potential manufacturing bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions for mass production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automation, robotics, or automotive industry.
  • Expert proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor) and simulation tools.
